Recipe from Tinrry: Snowskin Mooncake, 冰皮月饼

This is my first attempt at making mooncake.

I have no mooncake mould. I used...jelly mould...haha

I have no chestnuts. I used black sesame seeds instead

and this is how cute they look !

Ingredients for snowskin:
-  50g icing sugar
-  30g wheat starch
-  30g condensed milk
-  230 milk
-  50g glutinous rice flour
-  50g rice flour
-  30g corn oil

Ingredients for custard filling:
-  100g softened, unsalted butter
-  65g caster sugar
-  4 eggs
-  80g milk powder
-  40g wheat starch
-  100g chestnut (used sesame seeds)

Ingredient for cooked glutinous rice flour:
-  50g glutinous rice flour
