Recipe: Waffles (6 servings)

This is our second round. This round, I have replaced 1 cup of all purpose flour with whole wheat flour and adding in 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. This is the preferred one : )


1/8  teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with beater until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, until smooth.
  2. Grease waffle iron. Pour mixture onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.

*You can keep the batter, covered, in the fridge for up to a week. Just be sure to whisk well before using again.
