- Into a pot stir and mix 15g of agar-agar powder with 1300g of water.
 - High heat, add 2 pandan leaves. Keep stirring and bring water to boil.
 - Low heat, add 210g of sugar (and optional: a few drops of food colouring). Mix until completely dissolved.
 - Remove pandan leaves.
 - Scoop mixture to your favourite moulds.
 - Set aside until they are completely cool.
 - Chill them in the fridge.
