It is eye-catching, a Giraffe patterned Chocolate Swiss Roll... how adorable!
Having no parchment paper at home, I have a thought. Made a baking sheet out of carton box to suit the size of the silicon sheet at home... will it work? A little worried. Left it there for days.
Finally yesterday, had a go on it. And yes, it worked! Din't do well on drawing the pattern though, otherwise all good. The cake has some holes in it as I din't tap away bubbles *tapping might move the silicon sheet.
Yum. The cake is soft and fluffy with a tad of sweetness and bitterness that I like. Personally would half the cream, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the batter., the next round : )
