8 October, Butter Cake
- 1 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour, 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 150g Butter, softened
- 1 cup Castor Sugar
- 160g Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Using an electric mixer, cream butter, castor sugar and vanilla on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
- Beat eggs, 1 at a time.
- Add flour and milk.
- Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 mins, 180 Celsius.
