- 250g Cornflakes
- 110g Butter (or less)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (or less)
- 1tbsp Honey
- Melt the butter, then brown sugar and honey at low heat.
- Pour in cornflakes and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to cupcake cases.
- Bake for 10-15mins, 150/160 Celsius.
The best part of it....watching them GOBBLE UP whatever they just prepared : )

oh ya, i have tried the recipe with cornflakes from bake with yen (provider of baking ingredients) and nestle cornflakes., i love it with bake with yen cornflakes.
