First ate fried cauliflower 14 years ago. Chia, a sweet and lovely ex-colleague brought back some (from home) after lunch. Yum! It tasted like... prawn. Yup, I thought it was fried prawn : )
Season cauliflower with salt and pepper. Coat with flour batter (plain flour + water + optional corn starch for extra crunch) |
Deep fry till golden brown. |
