This is our second round. This round, I have replaced 1 cup of all purpose flour with whole wheat flour and adding in 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. This is the preferred one : )
Ingredients
- Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with beater until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, until smooth.
- Grease waffle iron. Pour mixture onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
*You can keep the batter, covered, in the fridge for up to a week. Just be sure to whisk well before using again.
