Winter came earlier in Beijing. The city turned white with snowstorm on 5 Nov 12.

Is this going to be an interesting...exciting...fun holiday? How am I going to survive with the low temperature? HELP!!! Somebody, somebody hELLLLp me...

I managed to combat the weather with two layers of long johns (thin and thick), a layer of jacket, a layer of coat, with full accessories on.

16 Nov 12, Chengde, we woke up to a surprise layer of  WHite SNow!!

...love is in the air...ROMANTIC!!!

6-7 October, Genting Highlands

NO massive traffic jams, NO crowded streets, NO lengthy queues...kids could enjoy all rides to the fullest...amazing!!!

8 October, Butter Cake

• 1 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour, 1/2 cup Plain Flour
• 150g Butter, softened
• 1 cup Castor Sugar
• 160g Milk
• 3 Eggs
• 2 tsp Vanilla Essence

1. Using an electric mixer, cream butter, castor sugar and vanilla on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
2. Beat eggs, 1 at a time. 
3. Add flour and milk.
4. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 mins, 180 Celsius.
